Detailed day-by-day itinerary
Start times remain flexible until travel dates and hotel locations are confirmed. We deliberately state long days and local-vehicle handovers instead of hiding them in the fine print.
Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar
Airport pickup, check-in and a gentle introduction to the city’s gardens, boulevards and Dal Lake. Exact sightseeing is matched to arrival time.
Day 2: Sonamarg day excursion
Drive the Sindh valley to Sonamarg and choose season-appropriate local exploration. Return to Srinagar after a relaxed lunch stop.
Day 3: Srinagar to Gulmarg
Move to Gulmarg via Tangmarg. Settle in before the day visitors leave, then enjoy the meadow, church area and evening mountain light.
Day 4: Full day in Gulmarg
Use your reserved Gondola slot, add a guided walk, skiing lesson or seasonal Botapathri excursion, and keep weather flexibility for the upper mountain.
Day 5: Gulmarg to Pahalgam
A scenic cross-valley transfer via Pampore and Awantipora. Check in near the Lidder River and keep the evening free.
Day 6: Pahalgam valley day
Choose Aru, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari or Baisaran depending on access and mobility. Your local expert helps avoid paying for stops that do not suit the season.
Day 7: Departure via Srinagar
Private transfer to Srinagar Airport. Flight timing determines departure hour; an extra Srinagar night is recommended for very early flights.

Yes. Nights, route, hotel category, meal plan and pickup point can be changed. We confirm whether a requested change is sensible for the season and driving time before quoting.
Are flights and activity tickets included?
Flights are not included. Gondola, pony, skiing, monument and other activity tickets are included only when the final written quote names them.
What happens if a road or pass closes?
Mountain routes can change with weather, maintenance or security orders. We first adjust the sequence or use a safe alternative; any material cost change is discussed before it is incurred.
Is this a fixed-departure group tour?
No. The standard version is a private trip for your party with a dedicated vehicle. Group departures are offered only when clearly stated.
How is the final price calculated?
The final price reflects travel dates, hotel category, number and age of travelers, vehicle type, meal plan, permits and separately regulated local services.
