Detailed day-by-day itinerary
Start times remain flexible until travel dates and hotel locations are confirmed. We deliberately state long days and local-vehicle handovers instead of hiding them in the fine print.
Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar
Lake and garden orientation.
Day 2: Pahalgam day excursion
Classic Lidder valley day with local transport coordination.
Day 3: Srinagar to Gulmarg
Gondola or meadow experience and overnight.
Day 4: Gulmarg to Kargil
Long transfer via Sonamarg, Zoji La and Drass.
Day 5: Kargil to Suru Valley
Travel toward Sankoo and Panikhar with Nun–Kun viewpoints.
Day 6: Suru culture and landscape
Village, river and heritage exploration at an unhurried pace.
Day 7: Rangdum excursion
Proceed toward Rangdum only as far as current road conditions comfortably allow.
Day 8: Return toward Srinagar
Early drive across Zoji La with a flexible final drop or added Srinagar night.

Can the Kashmir & Suru Valley · 8 Days itinerary be customised?
Yes. Nights, route, hotel category, meal plan and pickup point can be changed. We confirm whether a requested change is sensible for the season and driving time before quoting.
Are flights and activity tickets included?
Flights are not included. Gondola, pony, skiing, monument and other activity tickets are included only when the final written quote names them.
What happens if a road or pass closes?
Mountain routes can change with weather, maintenance or security orders. We first adjust the sequence or use a safe alternative; any material cost change is discussed before it is incurred.
Is this a fixed-departure group tour?
No. The standard version is a private trip for your party with a dedicated vehicle. Group departures are offered only when clearly stated.
How is the final price calculated?
The final price reflects travel dates, hotel category, number and age of travelers, vehicle type, meal plan, permits and separately regulated local services.
